Moka is a Belgium-based brand consultancy. A lot of their work involves taking an already established identity to it’s physical manifestation in the real world.

The Designers Republic is responsible for so many trends in design today; their influence on the landscape of design is undeniable. Go purchase some of their work over at The Peoples Bureau for Consumer Information.

Chewing the Sun is a multi-disciplinary design firm based out of Germany with some super lux clients and the work to back it up.

With divisions for film, characters, creative, as well as a line of jeans, Swedish firm Acne comes across as anything but your standard agency model, and that fact is reflected in their work as well. Running the gamut from tounge-in-cheek to über swanky, Acne continualy raises the bar by perfecting creative solutions for their clients.

World Cup has begun. I’m never thought of myself as a soccer fan, but I’ve really been into all the games so far. I think it’s just the scale of the games that’s sparked my interest, but here is our obligatory World Cup blog post.
There’s apparently been quite an uproar amongst the German deisgn community about the execution of the current indentity for the World Cup. German design guru Eric Spiekermann recently spoke out against the mark, and some designers have even chaired a competition for new marks. Some are good, some are not so good.
